SIT – Systematic Inventive Thinking offers a range of programs to help people - and the organizations they are part of - become more innovative: to solve problems; develop new products; advertise, market, and communicate; strategize; and resolve conflicts in truly innovative ways.
We invite you to read more about our services but we think that there's one sentence there that pretty much sums it up:
You pay for deliverables only - don't pay us if you feel that you didn't get what you had hoped to.
What does SIT – Systematic Inventive Thinking offer?
SIT – Systematic Inventive Thinking provides a range of services that help our clients become more innovative.
You can work with us on a comprehensive, organizational level:
In our Organizational Innovation Programs we work with you to develop a Culture and Practice of Creativity in your organization. We conduct programs that both teach participants new skills and processes, and help them overcome the internal and external barriers that can hinder inventiveness.
You can also work with us in more specific areas, including: |
Problem Solving (PS) - defining a precise problem your organization is facing, and devising innovative ways of solving it.
New Product Development (NPD) - working together to generate creative ideas for new products, lines, or categories.
Marketing Communication (MarCom) and Advertising - developing new and effective ways to communicate about existing products, or working to develop and launch communication strategies for new ones.
Strategy - coming up with novel ways of thinking about your strategic issues.
Conflict Resolution - applying SIT tools, and effective moderation techniques, to help you negotiate - and resolve - complex organizational and managerial conflicts.
We offer a range of options for working in each of these areas, from short lectures to long-term programs. As you navigate through the different areas, this Applications Bar will remind you of the various formats in which we can work together on each one.
There are numerous possible formats

Each SIT project involves a different mix of training and ideas development. Because SIT is a method, there is always some focus on training, so that you can internalize the method and use it well; but because this method is results-oriented, we also focus on generating ideas that you can begin to implement right away. To find the optimal ratio of training to ideas development, we customize each program based on your specific needs.
Although many aspects of our programs are custom-designed, there are certain characteristics that all SIT projects and programs share.
What do the different sorts of SIT projects have in common?
All SIT projects are of course based on our trademarked method. In addition, we apply the following guidelines to all our projects:
The project must have clearly-defined goals and objectives;
Each project has timetables for ideation and implementation;
We work with your existing resources, so that the solutions we innovate are appropriate for your organization's scope and technological abilities;
The projects we design together tie into your existing activities;
You pay for deliverables only - Don't pay us if you feel that you didn't get what you had hoped to;
Our facilitators are all experienced in the SIT method, but they come from a wide range of backgrounds, so we can help you select the facilitators who are most appropriate for your project.
| Bottom Line |
| Programs in innovation and creativity that lead to real and meaningful change. |
